Mihai Ducea教授简介:

Mihai Ducea博士，亚利桑那大学地球科学系教授。1991年获得布加勒斯特大学地质工程学士学位，1995年和1999年分别获得加州理工学院地质学硕士和博士学位。研究兴趣是利用岩石学和地球化学数据来解决造山带演化等地质问题，以及放射性同位素地质学。负责管理数个地球化学实验室。他发表论文（著作）100余篇（部），在Web of Science中的H-index是26，引用次数达到2550，在Google scholar中的H-index是 31，引用次数 3738。研究兴趣包括：

• Chemical composition of arc rocks and crustal thickness; a global perspective

• Mineral diversity and tectonic settings

• Lower crustal evolution of sub arc regions

• Processes in the continental mantle lithosphere

• Tracking delamination using magmatic rocks

• Thermal evolution of plateaus – metamorphism and magmatism under plateaux

• Basaltic magmatism and continental extension

• Quantifying magmatic fluxes

• Regional geology of the Western N American Cordillera, Andes, Pamirs, Carpathians, Tibet

• Phosphate and carbonate geochronology
